A sweet email from a donor

My 10-yr old son and I met you at the polls yesterday (Manning school, JP).  We read the flyers that we picked up from each of the at-large candidates and, independently but unanimously, voted you as the best candidate.  

"Mom, this guy has actually done stuff while the other guy just talks about what he's going to do.  Like, he just woke up at breakfast and said, 'Hey, I'm going to do this and this."  But Jed's already done it.' 

I couldn't have said it better myself.  So, we made a donation to your campaign.  Keep up the good work.  We'll be looking for you!
